Graphic Designer (Brand Marketing)

Role Overview : FNP is looking for a Graphic Designer to join the brand marketing team. The designer will be responsible for creating impactful visual communication across digital, offline, packaging, website, and social media touchpoints. The role demands someone who not only has a strong design aesthetic but also brings design thinking, trend awareness, and strategic understanding to elevate the brands visual identity.

Role & responsibilities

• Brand Visual Identity

  : Create high-quality brand assets that bring FNPs visual language alive across campaigns, website, social media, retail, packaging, and CLM communications.

• Design Thinking & Strategy

  : Contribute creatively to brand discussions by translating insights and strategy into thoughtful, on-brand visual ideas.

• Creative Agility

  : Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with attention to detail, speed, and quality maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.

• AI-Enabled Creativity:

  Use AI tools to enhance design efficiency, storytelling, and innovation across brand collaterals.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Work closely with brand managers, copywriters, product, and tech teams to ensure design aligns seamlessly with brand goals and campaign narratives.

• Trend Awareness:

  Stay up to date with design, culture, and digital trends to proactively suggest new creative directions for the brand.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience working in a digital-first brand or creative agency environment

Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and generative AI design tools

Strong visual sense with an understanding of typography, color, and layout principles

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to translate ideas into visually compelling stories

Passion for quality design and brand consistency across every pixel
