Manager - Hyperlocal (plants & Hampers category) 1. Category Management & Growth Manage end-to-end category ownership for Plants & Hampers across B2B platforms like Zepto, Blinkit & Instamart. Identify new product opportunities, trends, and seasonal demands. Develop and implement plans to drive category growth (GMV, volumes, margins). 2. Business Development & Partner Management Share, pitch, and close product decks & proposals with B2B partners. Build strong relationships with category teams of Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart for increased visibility & prominence. Track partner performance and ensure expansion of assortment and shelf-space. 3. P&L Ownership & Profitability Full P&L accountability for Plants & Hampers category. Monitor key metrics: sales, margins, contribution profit, and cost optimization. Take proactive actions to maintain healthy profitability and reduce leakages. 4. Operations & Fulfillment Coordination Ensure smooth order fulfillment by coordinating with procurement, warehouse, and last-mile teams. Solve for inventory availability, packaging, dispatch timelines, and delivery SLAs. Own service quality metrics On-time Delivery, Order Fill Rate, RTOs, and customer experience. 5. Collections & Payment Reconciliations Track and ensure timely receipt of payments from B2B partners. Coordinate with finance teams for smooth reconciliations and resolve any outstanding dues. Minimize credit period breaches and improve cash flow cycles. 6. Growth Planning & Strategic Initiatives Plan and execute category-specific marketing campaigns with partners to boost visibility and sales. Collaborate on platform-led activations, seasonal promotions, and offers. Lead special projects like launching new hampers, festive collections, or exclusive tie-ups. 7. Reporting & Reviews Regularly review performance dashboards for sales, operations, and financial metrics. Share weekly/monthly business reports with leadership highlighting achievements, challenges, and growth actions. Maintain accurate trackers for assortment, revenue, and partner commitments..
