Job Description

Past-experience working directly with the customers in a creative or development capacity
Act as a Design Consultant,
a perfect combination of designer and customer handling
maintain a professional and collaborative relationship with customers for each assigned project
Collaborate with the Creative Team to manage, design, and execute the building of event themes (webpage, email templates, forms, sharecards, virtual event pages, sessions pages, confirmations) for our broad and varied client base
Most importantly, the Creative Designer role requires high-level experience with and understanding of design principles: hierarchy, typography, color, sizing, layout, and accessibility standards.
Innovate on best practices and building standards, and assure brand consistency across multiple projects and brands
Coordinate across Creative, Professional Services, Product, and Development teams to achieve high quality results
Facilitate training sessions for our customers on Event Design best practices (format and script provided)
Use creative problem-solving skills to develop detailed processes which assist the creation of comprehensive design solutions that bring people together, engage, delight, and inspire
Manage and track simultaneous projects and tasks effectively and deliver assignments on time
Conduct design research, develop new services, and use design thinking to solve problem
