Job Description

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the creative direction and execution of various projects within the organization. Your role will involve managing a team of creative professionals and collaborating with different departments to ensure the delivery of innovative and impactful creative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Creative Direction:

    Provide visionary leadership and set the creative direction for all projects, campaigns, and initiatives. Develop and communicate creative concepts and strategies that align with the organization's goals and brand identity.
  • Team Management:

    Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals. Inspire creativity, foster a collaborative work environment, and ensure the team's professional growth and development.
  • Creative Works:

    Create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including print and digital media. This may include designing logos, brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website elements, and other promotional materials.
  • Concept Development:

    Work with the team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for projects and campaigns.
  • Design Software Proficiency:

    Demonstrate proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant tools.
  • Branding and Visual Identity:

    Ensure consistency in design elements and adherence to the organization's brand guidelines across all materials.
  • Layout and Composition:

    Develop and execute layout designs that are aesthetically pleasing, engaging, and communicate the intended message effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors / Diploma degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Communications, Fashion Design, Advertising, Commercial Arts or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a senior creative leadership role.
  • Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premier Pro ), and familiarity with copywriting and art direction.
  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principles.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to articulate creative ideas and strategies to various stakeholders.
