Sr. Graphic & Web Designer

Overview:

The person should be an SME and must have good communication skills (both verbal and written) to be able to communicate and understand requirements with overseas clients independently. Who can act as a project manager to brief/provide download of the project to other designers and get them completed flawlessly.

The person should be willing to work in the night shift (US hours) and must have a zeal to perform in a fast-paced environment along with willingness to thrive for an award-winning career.

In This Role, You Will:

The personnel would take full responsibilities to/for:

• Past-experience working directly with the customers in a creative or development capacity
• Act as a Design Consultant,

• • a perfect combination of designer and customer handling
  • maintain a professional and collaborative relationship with customers for each assigned project

• Collaborate with the Creative Team to manage, design, and execute the building of event themes (webpage, email templates, forms, sharecards, virtual event pages, sessions pages, confirmations) for our broad and varied client base

• Most importantly, the Creative Designer role requires high-level experience with and understanding of design principles: hierarchy, typography, color, sizing, layout, and accessibility standards.
• Innovate on best practices and building standards, and assure brand consistency across multiple projects and brands

• Coordinate across Creative, Professional Services, Product, and Development teams to achieve high quality results
• Facilitate training sessions for our customers on Event Design best practices (format and script provided)

• Use creative problem-solving skills to develop detailed processes which assist the creation of comprehensive design solutions that bring people together, engage, delight, and inspire

• Manage and track simultaneous projects and tasks effectively and deliver assignments on time
• Conduct design research, develop new services, and use design thinking to solve problems

Heres What You Need:

• Technical Proficiency -

  Proficient understanding of web/mobile design, UX/UI principles and accessibility

• Good-to-have

  - Ability to craft and manipulate HTML, CSS and JavaScript code

• Proven Success

  - A referenceable track record of success as an experienced designer at a SaaS or enterprise software company or a web agency

• Continuous Improvement -

  A zeal for continuous improvement in how we support our customers, communities, and employees

• Customer Experience

  Past-experience working directly with customers in a creative or development capacity

• Industry Enthusiast -

  Current knowledge of industry trends in traditional and web design

• Communication -

  An eye for identifying and removing friction from the customer collaboration process (e.g. writing clear and organized communications, ability to articulate rationale behind design decisions and how they support the customer brand and use case)

• Teamwork -

  Reaches out to peers and co-operate with supervisors to establish an overall collaborative working relationship

• Bachelor s degree is a must
• Preference would be given to candidates holding Bachelor s degree in multimedia/web/graphic design/Applied Art or similar courses
• Experience interfacing directly with clients and excellent written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience taking ownership of complex projects and producing successful outcomes
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Hands-on Cvent (Splash) experience a major plus

Workdays

• 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) and sometime over the weekends as per business needs.

• The position requires the designer to work in non-rotational Night Shift (6:30 PM 3:30 AM East coast hours) on weekdays and sometimes over the weekends on a need basis

• Cab / Shuttle for pickup and drop
