Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Brand Manager based in Surat . The Brand Manager will develop and execute effective branding and marketing strategies to build and maintain the COWBERRY brand identity. Key responsibilities include market analysis, campaign planning, coordination with internal teams, monitoring customer insights, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The ideal candidate will be proactive, strategic, and creative in driving brand engagement and business growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Brand & Marketing Strategy Develop and execute 360° brand and marketing strategies. Define brand identity, tone, and storytelling across all platforms. Build and manage annual marketing and campaign calendars. Plan and execute product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand collaborations. 2. D2C & Digital Marketing Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, SEO, SEM, influencer campaigns, and CRM. Oversee the brand website, content, design, and user experience. Drive traffic, engagement, and conversion through performance marketing. Implement loyalty, referral, and subscription-based retention programs. 3. Content, PR & Communication Plan and oversee creative production — photoshoots, videos, campaign creatives. Manage social media storytelling and influencer collaborations. Handle PR activities, brand events, and partnerships to enhance visibility. 4. Retail & Outdoor Marketing Lead offline marketing — hoardings, billboards, print, BTL activations, and retail displays. Execute launch events and local marketing campaigns. Coordinate with vendors and agencies for marketing materials and collaterals. 5. Analytics & Budgeting Track key metrics — ROI, engagement, conversion, and brand visibility. Manage and optimize marketing budgets for maximum effectiveness. Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking for strategy insights. 6. Team Collaboration Lead and mentor the Marketing team. Collaborate with product, creative, and sales teams for integrated execution. Qualifications Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 4–8 years of experience as a Brand / Marketing Manager (FMCG / D2C preferred). Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and retail promotions. Excellent communication, creative thinking, and analytical skills. Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, CRM tools, and Canva/Figma.
