• Brand Governance & Consistency:

  Support the definition and ensure strict enforcement of brand guidelines (visuals, tone, messaging) across all internal and external communication channels to maintain a distinct and consistent brand identity.

• Integrated Campaign Execution:

  Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale, integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, print, branch networks), ensuring timely delivery and cross-functional alignment.

• Content & Demand Support:

  Manage the production, scheduling, and distribution of brand-led content across various digital platforms, with a focus on supporting organic brand search volume growth and community engagement (e.g., YouTube).

• Retail and Physical Branding Management:

  Oversee the project management and logistics for the revamp of internal and external branch branding across pan-India locations. Coordinate the design, production, and deployment of all physical marketing collateral for external branch exposure (e.g., SBI partnerships).

• Product and Sub-Brand Implementation:

  Provide tactical support for the strategic rebranding and promotional rollout of new product verticals (e.g., NRI Desk, Wealth Desk, App).

• Innovation Initiatives:

  Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on innovative content creation projects, including early adoption of AI tools for topical and festive brand videos.
