Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Senior Sales Manager to join our team.

The SSE will play a pivotal role in the growth of our business by identifying and generating new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Actively seek out and generate new sales leads through various means,

including cold calling, social media, email campaigns, and networking.

  • Prospecting: Research, identify, and target new business prospects.

  • Qualify Leads: Perform needs assessments and identify potential clients by qualifying them

through conversations and research.

  • CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information and notes.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate and partner with the sales and marketing teams to optimize sales

strategies and ensure alignment with company goals.

  • Follow-Up: Diligently follow up with leads and prospects, nurturing them through the sales

pipeline.

Requirements:

  • Experience

    :8+ years Enterprise Sales Prior experience - International Enterprise Sales Experience preferred.
  • Communication

    : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech Savvy

    : Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Motivation

    : Strong motivation to reach and exceed targets.
  • Team Player:

    Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
  • Strategy and planning:

    Develop and implement international sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market presence.
  • Business development:

    Identify new business opportunities and proactively build and maintain relationships with international clients and partners.
  • Sales execution:

    Negotiate contracts and close deals with international customers to achieve sales targets.
