Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads

    from social media/WhatsApp campaigns and convert them through

    calls, demos, and follow-ups.

  • Conduct

    cold outreach and strategic calling

    to potential clients across key verticals like

    Photographers, Schools & Colleges, Corporate Events, and Live Events & Concerts

    .
  • Conduct product demos

    , understand client needs, and recommend the right

    plan/pricing

    to

    close deals.

  • Maintain accurate CRM updates

    , manage

    pipelines

    , and share

    weekly sales progress and forecasts.

  • Coordinate

    with onboarding/support teams to ensure smooth

    activation

    and early success for new customers.
  • Identify objections/patterns

    from the market and share insights to

    improve pitch

    , pricing communication, and sales collateral.
  • Support key accounts

    and escalations when needed to protect

    renewals

    and customer experience.

  • 3–4 years of experience in in B2B sales

    , preferably selling solutions/services.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

    with confidence in Hindi and working English.
  • Comfortable with

    cold calling, follow-ups,

    product demos

    , and handling objections to close deals.
  • Experience using CRMs and sales trackers

    (any tool is fine — must be disciplined with updates).
  • Target-driven mindset

    with

    strong ownership

    and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus:

    SaaS sales experience

    with

    strong product demo

    and closure skills.
