We're looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Managers who is passionate to engage with founders,
promoters, and top-tier investors and drive strategic transactions.
Identify and onboard high-potential startups & mid-size companies for fundraising/M&A mandates
Build strong relationships with founders and CXOs
Engage with VCs, PEs, HNIs, and Family Offices to map investment interests
Maintain CRM, track pipeline, and prepare market intelligence reports
Represent FundTQ at startup events and industry forums
Market research & competitive analysis
27 years of experience in Business development, or Sales in experience in Banking, Consulting, or Wealth Management
Strong network in startup / MSME space or investor community
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Prior industry experience to financial advisory, consulting, capital markets, wealth management and banking is preferred
Knowledge of fundraising lifecycle, types of investors and recent case studies in fundraising
Proficient in Excel, CRM, and reporting dashboards
Deal sourcing & onboarding in B2B Segment
Client relationship management
Investor engagement
Market research & competitive analysis
Self-starter with high ownership
