IB/PE/VC/Advisory: Should have minimum 2+ years (preferably more) of relevant experience Should have excellent analytical ability and communication skills to present him/herself before the client and to comprehend their requirements Build a good understanding of the sector, market, and regulation in the markets it operates Conduct strategic research and due diligence investigations Financial Modelling skills and Valuation methodologies -DCF, SOTP, IRR (both Project and Equity), Transaction Comparable, Weighted Average Valuation and Valuation Sensitivity Prepare investment decks and IMs Deal sourcing for primary fund raise mandates, secondary deals & pre-IPO opportunities Widening of investment banking partners, PE /VC Network /I-Sec /Banks IB, Unlisted Dealers Liaisoning with teams for identifying client unlisted investments/ PE / M&A needs and proactive assistance with solutions and conversions
