Job Responsibilities Compliance with provisions of Company Law, other corporate laws. Preparing notices, agendas, minutes, and other documents with respect to all the Board and General Meetings. Preparation of all statutory registers, forms, certificates etc. as required under various Acts and regulations. Filing of returns, applications, documents, notices etc. with the Registrar of Companies. Dealing with Auditors of the Company during the finalization of Accounts, provide statutory registers for audit and resolve the queries raised during the audit. Conduct Annual General Board Meeting, Audit Committee Meeting, Nomination and Remuneration Committee Meeting and shareholders meeting of listed and group companies. Registration of Real Estate Project and other various compliances under the RERA ACT and Rules and Regulation made thereunder. Core Competencies
Lead Generation & Pipeline Development Identify, generate, and qualify leads from various online and offline channels. Drive lead inflow through digital marketing, channel partners, property portals, referrals, and events. Channel Partner Management Onboard, train, and manage real estate brokers and channel partners. Campaign & Event Coordination Coordinate with marketing for lead generation campaigns (digital & on-ground). Effectively manage client meetings, property walkthroughs, site visits, and negotiations to close deals. Coordination & Follow-up: Work closely with the pre-sales, legal, CRM, and documentation teams to ensure smooth post-sale processes. Ensure timely follow-up with clients and resolve any issues to maintain satisfaction and reduce drop-offs. Reporting & Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM. Report daily/weekly performance metrics to senior management. Market Knowledge: Stay updated on project details, pricing, competitor activity, and real estate trends. Use market insights to handle objections and close deals effectively.
