Job Description

    1. Lead Generation & Pipeline Development

      • Identify, generate, and qualify leads from various online and offline channels.
      • Drive lead inflow through digital marketing, channel partners, property portals, referrals, and events.

    1. Channel Partner Management

      • Onboard, train, and manage real estate brokers and channel partners.
      • Ensure regular communication, share project updates, and support them in client conversion efforts.

    1. Campaign & Event Coordination

      • Coordinate with marketing for lead generation campaigns (digital & on-ground).
      • Participate in property expos, roadshows, and local promotional activities to attract prospects.

    1. Lead Handover & Coordination

      • Ensure timely and accurate transfer of leads to the closing team.
      • Monitor lead follow-up status and support in scheduling site visits or meetings.

    1. Performance Tracking & Reporting

      • Maintain detailed records of leads, sources, and conversion metrics in CRM.
      • Share daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing performance reports with the Sales Head.

    1. Market Intelligence

      • Track competitor activity, market trends, and sourcing innovations to optimize lead generation strategies.

    1. Compliance & Documentation
