Job Description

    • Lead Conversion & Deal Closure:

      • Engage with qualified leads (inbound and outbound) and convert them into property bookings.
      • Effectively manage client meetings, property walkthroughs, site visits, and negotiations to close deals.
    • Client Relationship Management:

      • Build and maintain strong client relationships for future referrals and repeat business.
      • Provide high-level customer service and address client queries promptly.
    • Coordination & Follow-up:

      • Work closely with the pre-sales, legal, CRM, and documentation teams to ensure smooth post-sale processes.
      • Ensure timely follow-up with clients and resolve any issues to maintain satisfaction and reduce drop-offs.
    • Reporting & Target Achievement:

      • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
      • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.
      • Report daily/weekly performance metrics to senior management.
    • Market Knowledge:

      • Stay updated on project details, pricing, competitor activity, and real estate trends.
      • Use market insights to handle objections and close deals effectively.
