Sr Associate/ Vice President- Research & Investment Services

You will be part of the Research & Investment Services (RIS) team at TresVista, offering vital services like Modeling, Financial Analysis, Due Diligence, Valuation, Portfolio Management, Deal Sourcing, and Marketing. Your role is crucial as you serve a diverse range of clients including Public and Private Equity, Investment Banks, Wealth Management Firms, and more. Key Responsibilities: - Possess a strong understanding of financial concepts, accounting, valuation, and research skills - Have a comprehensive understanding of buy side and sell side processes - Analyze various industries and businesses from an investment perspective - Evaluate instruments such as public equity, public debt, distressed/HY instruments, private credit, etc. - Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery of high-quality client deliverables - Guide Associates and Analysts throughout the project for efficient delivery - Engage with clients to understand their requirements and ensure actions are taken - Collaborate with relationship managers to retain and expand client relationships - Effectively manage and lead a team, providing guidance and support - Mentor, train, and develop Associates and Analysts - Participate in recruitment and training activities - Ensure adherence to processes by working with other departments - Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Visualize end goals and effectively communicate them to the team - Collaborate with senior professionals and maintain an entrepreneurial attitude Qualifications Required: - Firm grasp of finance and analytical ability - Prior experience in team and project management - Experience in buy/sell side operations - Client-facing experience is preferred - Experience working with various asset classes - Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and meet client-driven deadlines Additional Company Details: - Job Location: Pune/Gurugram/Bengaluru - Education: Any Graduate/MBA preferred - Compensation: As per industry standards You will play a significant role in providing essential services to clients across various sectors, utilizing your financial acumen, project management skills, and client engagement expertise.,
