Strong expertise in SME/MSME government schemes and their practical application in financing. Proven track record of successfully syndicating loans and managing end-to-end financing transactions. In-depth knowledge of loan structures, credit assessment, financial documentation, and compliance. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with CXOs and bankers. Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills. A robust network of banking and financial services contacts. Ability to manage multiple transactions independently and deliver within tight timelines.
