· Master’s degree in finance, Management, Entrepreneurship, or related fields.
· 4-6 years of experience in venture capital, startup fundraising, accelerators/incubators, or corporate strategy.
· Strong network with VCs, angel investors, family offices, and institutional investors.
· Deep understanding of startup ecosystem dynamics and funding lifecycle (Seed to Series).
· Proven ability to scout, evaluate, and support startups for fundraising readiness.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
· Exposure to deal structuring, negotiations, and investor engagement.
