Role Description

• Debt Syndication:

  Manage the end-to-end process of debt syndication for businesses

  (corporate and non-corporate)

  , including structuring, preparing, presenting, and negotiating loan proposals with banks and financial institutions.

• SME/MSME Govt Schemes:

  Advise and assist clients in accessing funding through

  government schemes for SMEs/MSMEs

  , ensuring maximum benefit utilization.

• Liaisoning:

  Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and rating agencies to facilitate approvals and successful deal closures.

• Documentation:

  Oversee preparation, review, and submission of loan documentation, ensuring compliance with all

  banking, RBI, and regulatory requirements

• Market Insights:

  Stay updated on financial products, government incentives, lending policies, and interest rate trends to provide clients with informed borrowing strategies.

• Collaboration:

  Work with internal teams to gather necessary financial data, business projections, and supporting documents for proposals.

• Network Expansion:

  Continuously expand and strengthen relationships with lenders, government agencies, and ecosystem partners to access diverse financing options.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Debt Management and Debt Collection
• Strong Finance knowledge and Analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Navi Mumbai
• Relevant experience in finance or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Understanding of financial markets and instruments is a plus
