About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Capital Markets professional with 5–6 years of expertise in equity fundraising and investment banking transactions. The candidate should have strong exposure to IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, Bonds, and other capital market deals, along with a deep understanding of SEBI regulations and compliance. This role involves active deal execution, advising clients, and managing end-to-end capital market transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead capital market transactions including IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, Preferential Allotments, and Bonds.
• Advise clients on equity fundraising strategies, market positioning, and transaction structuring.
• Ensure all deals comply with SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory guidelines.
• Manage end-to-end deal execution - from due diligence, drafting offer documents, and coordinating with regulators to liaising with merchant bankers, legal advisors, and auditors.
• Conduct financial analysis, valuations, and transaction feasibility studies to support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, HNIs, merchant bankers, law firms, and intermediaries.
• Stay updated on capital market trends, regulatory changes, and market developments.
• Support in preparing pitch decks, investor presentations, and transaction reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities and deliver seamless execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

·      CA/ Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Commerce.

·      5-6 years of proven experience in capital markets, investment banking, or financial advisory.

·      Hands-on deal execution experience in IPOs, QIPs, Rights Issues, Bonds, or similar transactions.

·      Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations, listing guidelines, and compliance frameworks.

·      Excellent analytical, research, and financial modeling skills.

·      Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

·      Established network with market participants, including investors and intermediaries, is a strong plus.

·      Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
