Manager - Capital Markets & Investment Banking Advisory

As a Manager in Capital Markets & Investment Banking Advisory at Visure Investment Affairs Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve leading and executing various capital market transactions, advising clients on equity fundraising strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end deal execution, conducting financial analysis, and developing relationships with key stakeholders in the industry. Key Responsibilities: - Lead capital market transactions such as IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, Preferential Allotments, and Bonds. - Advise clients on equity fundraising strategies, market positioning, and transaction structuring. - Ensure compliance with SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory guidelines throughout all deals. - Manage end-to-end deal execution including due diligence, drafting offer documents, and liaising with various stakeholders. - Conduct financial analysis, valuations, and feasibility studies to support decision-making. - Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, HNIs, merchant bankers, and other intermediaries. - Stay updated on capital market trends, regulatory changes, and market developments. - Assist in preparing pitch decks, investor presentations, and transaction reports. - Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities and ensure seamless execution. Qualifications & Experience: - CA/ Bachelors or masters degree in finance, Commerce. - 5-6 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, or financial advisory. - Hands-on deal execution experience in IPOs, QIPs, Rights Issues, Bonds, or similar transactions. - Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations, listing guidelines, and compliance frameworks. - Excellent analytical, research, and financial modeling skills. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Established network with market participants is a strong plus. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
