Job Description Job Title: Associate - Capital Markets Location: Mumbai / Delhi Experience: 1-3 years PQE Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Associate to join our Capital Markets practice. The ideal candidate will have prior experience handling equity and debt transactions, IPOs, QIPs, rights issues, and private placements.
