The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modelling, financial statement analysis, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), fund raising, and valuation. The candidate must have hands-on experience with real-life deals, including fund raising and M&A, having successfully completed 2-3 deals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain complex financial models for various deal scenarios.
