Asst. Finance Manager

As an Assistant Manager Finance at our company, your role will involve preparing and analyzing financial reports, ensuring tax compliance, and supporting project financing through detailed reports and financial models. You will also play a key role in fundraising and transaction-related activities. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards for effective financial reporting. - Build financial models and conduct ratio analysis to facilitate decision-making and fundraising activities. - Prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), feasibility studies, and cash flow projections to support project financing. - Manage Direct Tax, GST, and TDS compliance, including return filings, reconciliations, and assessments to ensure taxation adherence. - Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits to support audit processes. - Assist in due diligence, valuations, and financial analysis for debt syndication and fundraising transactions in corporate finance. - Provide insights on cost optimization, working capital management, and financial planning to support advisory and strategy functions. Qualifications & Experience: - Chartered Accountant (CA)/CMA- Inter, Mcom, Bcom qualification. - 2-5 years of experience in finance, taxation, or project advisory roles. - Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation laws, and GST compliance. - Hands-on experience with financial modeling, project reports, and ratio analysis. - Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally/ERP, and financial reporting tools. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to manage deadlines and multiple assignments simultaneously.
