Qualifications and Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field (Master’s preferred). Experience: 2–4 years of experience in financial management, preferably in hospitality, entertainment, or multi-unit operations. Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP), MS Excel, and financial analysis tools. Analytical Skills: Strong data interpretation and financial modeling abilities. Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a growing team managing multiple units. Communication: Strong presentation and reporting skills for both financial and non-financial stakeholders. Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of financial regulations, taxation, and compliance standards. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Accuracy and timeliness of branch-level financial reporting. Budget and forecast adherence for each operating location. Cost optimization and reduction of overheads during expansion. Cash flow stability across all park units. Work Environment The Assistant Finance Manager will operate primarily from the corporate office but will coordinate with finance teams across all park locations (currently Delhi, Ghaziabad, and Agra). Occasional travel to new project sites and partner locations in NCR, UP, and Haryana may be required to support expansion, training, and financial oversight activities.
