Objective: To ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient day-to-day functioning of all park facilities through proactive maintenance, team supervision, vendor coordination, and system optimization, while upholding E-O-D’s brand standards. Key Responsibilities 1. Park Maintenance & Upkeep Oversee the daily maintenance and upkeep of all areas within the adventure park, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-functioning environment for guests and staff. Conduct regular inspections to identify repair needs, safety hazards, or operational inefficiencies. 2. Preventive Maintenance Planning Develop and execute a preventive maintenance schedule for adventure activities, rides, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other park equipment. Work closely with the mechanical and electrical teams to minimize downtime and ensure regulatory compliance. 3. Team Leadership & Supervision Lead and supervise daily activities of: Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Team Housekeeping Department Horticulture & Landscaping Staff Allocate tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. 4. Procurement & Inventory Management Raise purchase requests for maintenance, housekeeping, IT, and horticulture supplies. Coordinate with vendors and procurement for timely delivery and cost-effective sourcing. Maintain inventory records for spares, tools, consumables, and equipment. 5. Record-Keeping & Documentation Maintain and update records of maintenance schedules, service logs, asset history, repair reports, and utility usage. Ensure documentation is audit-ready for safety compliance, statutory inspections, and management reviews. 6. Vendor & Contractor Coordination Liaise with external contractors for specialized services (e.g. IT upgrades, deep cleaning, landscaping projects, specialised equipment repair). Ensure contractor work meets agreed timelines, costs, and quality standards. 7. Budgeting & Cost Control Support the preparation of the annual facilities budget. Track expenses, reduce waste, and recommend cost-saving initiatives. 8. Emergency Preparedness & Safety Ensure all emergency systems (fire alarms, extinguishers, backup power) are regularly tested and maintained. Participate in safety drills and coordinate with security for emergency response preparedness. 9. Sustainability & Environmental Stewardship Implement practices that reduce energy consumption, water waste, and environmental footprint in line with E-O-D’s commitment. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Uptime percentage of rides and key equipment Number of preventive vs. corrective maintenance tasks completed Cost savings through optimized maintenance and procurement Guest and staff safety incident rate Vendor SLA (Service Level Agreement) compliance Cleanliness and landscaping audit scores Timeliness of record-keeping and reporting Ideal Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in facility/maintenance management (hospitality, amusement parks, retail complexes preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems, vendor management, and budgeting Familiarity with safety protocols, statutory compliance, and environmental standards Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Personal Attributes Hands-on, solutions-driven mindset Attention to detail and safety Calm under pressure, especially during guest hours or peak events Team-first attitude with the ability to multitask across functions Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Mayur Vihar, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
