Asst. Finance Manager

As a Finance Executive in our company, your role will involve maintaining books of accounts, handling day to day banking and accounts operations, and reconciling bank statements. You will be responsible for monitoring revenue and expenses, ensuring Tally updation & MIS reporting of all reports, and preparing the annual budget, including monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly budgets. Your attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining a proper balance position to avoid deficits and managing the organization's budget effectively. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating with CA, Tax Department, and other relevant parties to resolve tax-related issues, meeting deadlines, and ensuring proper deduction of Tax at Source wherever applicable. Additionally, you will be expected to forecast cash flow positions, assess borrowing needs, and identify available funds for investment purposes. Qualifications Required: - MBA-Finance or M.Com - 2-3 years of relevant experience Key Skills: - Proficiency in Tally - Knowledge of GST Filing, TDS, PF, ESI, and Excel - Male candidates are preferred - Possession of a bike is mandatory for bank purposes Please note that the job is full-time and permanent, and the work location is in person.
