Fundraising Analyst / Associate

Role Overview:

The Fundraising Analyst/Associate will support the leadership team in executing fundraising initiatives. This role involves conducting financial analysis, investor communication, deal sourcing, and portfolio monitoring to support strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities:

Fundraising & Investor Relations:

Assist in raising capital from investors.

Prepare presentations, pitch materials, and reports.

Maintain regular communication with investors.

Deal Sourcing & Execution:

Conduct market research to identify investment opportunities.

Perform financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.

Assist in structuring deals and investment documentation.

Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting:

Track performance of investments and prepare reports.

Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on analysis.

Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure documentation and reporting comply with requirements.

Maintain organized records of fundraising, investor interactions, and deal pipelines.
