Financial Analyst

As a Finance Analyst at Our Group, your role involves organizing and analyzing key financial and business data from approximately 15 companies within our diverse portfolio. You will be responsible for building comprehensive financial reports, delivering actionable insights to support management decision-making, and identifying data-driven opportunities for performance improvement and growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collect, consolidate, and organize financial and operational data from multiple business units within the group. - Develop detailed financial models and forecasts to analyze trends, variances, and performance metrics. - Prepare and present clear, insightful reports and dashboards to senior management. - Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to improve fiscal health, cost efficiency, and revenue growth. - Monitor year-on-year performance of each company and the group as a whole. - Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly financial close processes. - Collaborate with finance teams and business leaders to align financial reporting with business objectives. - Utilize data visualization tools and software to enhance reporting clarity and impact. - Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; advanced degree or CFA preferred. - Proven expertise in financial analysis, modeling, and data analytics. - Strong proficiency in Excel, financial software, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). - Ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable business insights. - Experience working with multi-sector business groups, ideally in education, technology, healthcare, or trading. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Analytical mindset with strategic thinking capabilities.
