Robotic Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver interactive robotics lessons for school-age students (primary to secondary level).
• Instruct students in programming, assembling, and operating educational robots (e.g., Microcontrollers, Arduino, VEX, etc.).
• Integrate robotics with STEM subjects to enhance learning outcomes.
• Organize workshops, competitions, and STEM exhibitions.
• Maintain and manage robotics lab equipment and materials.
• Collaborate with teachers and curriculum designers to align robotics content with academic goals.
• Inspire and guide students to explore innovation, coding, and engineering concepts.
• Monitor student progress and provide individual support where needed.
• Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Education, or a related field. (STEM education certification is a plus)
• Prior experience teaching robotics, coding, or STEM subjects to school students.
• Hands-on experience with robotics kits (VEX, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of programming languages (Scratch, Python, C/C++, Blockly, etc.)
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for education, innovation, and working with young learners.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred:

• Experience in conducting or coaching for robotics competitions like FIRST, WRO, or FLL.
• Familiarity with online learning platforms or digital tools used in STEM education.

Salary as per the Experience and Interview Performance (4LPA to 6LPA)
