Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Associate to join our software sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving the sales of our software products and solutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and qualify potential leads through market research, cold calls, emails, and social media. Understand client needs and offer appropriate software solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos. Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and follow up on inquiries. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management. Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (preferably in the tech/software industry). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Basic understanding of software solutions and sales lifecycle.
