Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Delhi NCR for a Business Development Specialist. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and generating leads to expand the company's customer base. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service to maximize client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Market Research and Lead Generation skills
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess business data and identify growth opportunities
• Excellent Communication abilities to present ideas and maintain effective client relationships
• Customer Service skills for managing client needs and delivering satisfaction
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• Experience in business development, sales, or relevant roles is preferred
