• Hunt for new business opportunities and build a strong client pipeline 📈

• Understand client needs and recommend the right solutions 🎯

• Track everything neatly in a tracker (pipeline hygiene matters!) 🗂️
  

Must-Have

• 1+ year experience in BD / B2B sales (agency/services preferred) 💼
• Great communication + negotiation skills 🗣️
• Comfort with outbound calls + LinkedIn outreach 📲
• Target mindset + closure hunger 🧨
