Growth & Performance Marketing Executive

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
• Optimise performance campaigns, including CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and more.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to build ad-ready assets.
• Set up tracking, pixel integrations, and funnel performance dashboards.
• Conduct A/B tests, analyse results, and implement data-driven changes.
• Present reports and actionable insights for ongoing optimisation.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in performance/growth marketing (agency experience is a plus).
• Proven knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with lead generation, retargeting, and conversion-focused campaigns.
• Comfortable with performance tools like Google Tag Manager, UTM setup, and Looker Studio.
• A mix of analytical thinking + creative experimentation.
