About the Role 🔍

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be on the frontlines of growth—pitching services, nurturing leads, building strong client relationships, and bringing in exciting new business. This is where strategy meets hustle.

What You’ll Be Doing (Besides Sealing the Deal) 🤝

• Identify and reach out to potential clients via email, calls, and networking.
• Pitch Catchline’s branding, digital, and performance marketing services.
• Set up and lead discovery meetings with prospects.
• Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal teams to craft proposals and close deals.
• Track progress with CRM tools and prepare weekly reports.

What We’re Looking For 🧠

• 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (agency experience = big plus).
• Great communication and presentation skills.
• A sharp understanding of marketing, branding, or digital media.
• Confident, driven, and comfortable with targets.
• You’re persuasive, persistent, and people-savvy.
• Bonus: Experience with lead generation tools, CRMs, or LinkedIn outreach.

• Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000/month (based on experience) + commission on every successful closure
• Full-time role based in Hyderabad
