Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Event Executive to join our team for the upcoming E-Mobility Event. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event management and a keen interest in the e-mobility sector. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of the event, ensuring a seamless experience for participants, sponsors, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and execution of the E-Mobility Event, including logistics, scheduling, and vendor management. Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors to ensure their needs are met and that they have a positive experience. Manage event registration, including tracking attendees and handling inquiries. Develop and maintain event timelines, budgets, and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote the event through various channels, including social media, email, and press releases. Collaborate with different institutions and colleges to encourage their students to participate in Events. Oversee on-site event operations, including setup, registration, and coordination of sessions and activities. Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders post-event to assess success and identify areas for improvement. Maintain accurate records of event expenses and assist in post-event reporting. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in event planning and execution, preferably in the technology or automotive sectors. Must have prior experience in event management preferably automobile industry, EV sector or related. Proven experience in securing sponsorships for events. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for e-mobility and sustainable transportation is a plus.
