Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident, and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our inside sales team. The role involves engaging directly with customers, understanding their health and wellness needs, and offering personalized solutions through consultative selling. This position is ideal for individuals who are target-driven and passionate about helping people lead healthier lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive B2C inside sales through consultative and solution-based selling
• Engage with prospective customers via phone calls and emails using company-provided leads
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable health and wellness solutions
• Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services
• Effectively handle customer queries and objections to drive conversions
• Consistently achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Support day-to-day office operations, including coordination and basic inventory oversight
• Demonstrate high levels of professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm in all interactions

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in inside sales or tele-sales, preferably in consultative selling
• Strong interest in health, wellness, and preventive healthcare
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Willingness to work full-time from the office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
