Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to support our international business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience working with global clients, generating leads, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing and potential global clients
• Generate leads through multiple channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, etc.)
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications
• Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to align client requirements
• Track sales activities and maintain CRM records
• Support negotiations and contribute to closing deals

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in business development or sales (IT services preferred)
• Experience handling international customers
• Strong lead generation and prospecting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English required; German is a plus)
• Ability to build long-term client relationships
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
