Business Development Associate

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Associate who can support our sales and operations team by handling coordination, communication, and lead follow-ups.

Key responsibilities include:

• Taking regular follow-ups from internal staff and sales team

• Handling customer follow-ups via calls and emails

• Cold calling to generate and qualify leads

• Drafting and sending professional emails, quotations, and follow-up messages

• Maintaining records, data, and reports using basic computer tools (MS Excel, Word, Email, etc.)

• Coordinating between head office, site team, and clients for smooth workflow

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Comfortable with computer work and email communication

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Confident in cold calling and follow-up calls

• Organized, disciplined, and able to track multiple tasks

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) is mandatory

• Prior experience in sales coordination / business development is a plus (but not mandatory)

Training & Onboarding:

• 15 days of structured training at Head Office (Ghaziabad)

• Post training, candidate will work from Mayur Vihar
