Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Associate who will be responsible for directly engaging with architects, interior designers, and luxury housing project stakeholders in Gurgaon and South Delhi. The role’s primary objective is to build strong relationships, generate qualified leads, track projects, and ensure closure of end-client sales.


Key Responsibilities


Architect & Designer Engagement


Conduct minimum 4 physical meetings daily with architects and interior designers.


Educate and present TGWC Germany’s luxury bathware product portfolio.


Build and nurture long-term professional relationships to drive repeat business.


Lead Generation & Conversion


Capture leads from architects, designers, and site visits.


Follow up directly with end clients to convert leads into confirmed sales.


Prepare and submit quotations within the committed TAT (Turnaround Time) to both architects and end clients.


Site Mapping & Market Coverage


Visit luxury housing sites under construction in Gurgaon & South Delhi posh areas.


Collect detailed site information including the architect, interior designer, PMC, and plumbing contractors.


Maintain regular coverage and tracking of ongoing projects.


Data Management & Reporting


Maintain accurate records of all meetings, leads, quotations, and closures.


Provide timely reports on daily activities, client interactions, and lead status.


Ensure the CRM/lead tracker is updated regularly and accurately.


Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field.


1–3 years of experience in business development/sales (luxury interiors, bathware, real estate, or building materials preferred).


Strong networking and relationship-building skills with architects/interior designers.


Ability to manage multiple leads and meet daily meeting/coverage targets.


Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.


Familiarity with Gurgaon & South Delhi luxury housing market will be an added advantage.


Performance Expectations

Minimum 4 daily physical meetings with architects/designers.


Timely quotation submission as per TAT.


Regular and accurate data management.


Monthly lead-to-conversion ratio as per targets.


Effective coverage of luxury housing projects and mapping of stakeholders.
