Working Days : 6 Days a week (5 days Work from Office & Saturday Work From Home) Work Timings : 9:00am-5:30pm Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals for hiring in the field of data science and AI End-to-End Recruitment Coordination : Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client requirements, timelines, and preferences to successfully placing candidates and securing offers. Performance and Metrics Management : Meet or exceed defined performance targets, including interview calls, job offers and review key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to optimize outcomes. Data and Records Management : Accurately update job opportunities and candidate data in the system daily to ensure transparency and reliability. Requirements : 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably Technical talent acquisition experience, or placements. Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is highly desirable. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively. Interpersonal Abilities: Strong listening skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Networking Proficiency: Proficient in using professional networking platforms, such as LinkedIn, to source and engage clients in the data science field Note : Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in placement coordination can also apply for this role.
