This is not a purely managerial role. We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager of Sales with a strong background in EdTech Sales(B2C). This role requires you to hit the ground running from day one, leveraging your extensive experience in selling upskilling courses to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for end-to-end sales activities—from lead calling, follow-ups, to deal closure—as well as leading and mentoring a sales team to achieve ambitious targets. The ideal candidate is someone who can tap into existing contacts, open doors to new opportunities, and help INTTRVU.AI establish itself as a preferred upskilling platform in the market. Qualifications & Requirements 3+ years of progressive experience in EdTech sales (B2C). At least 1+ years of experience in leading a team of 4+ people (B2C) Proven track record of pipeline management and closing deals. Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing and guiding a sales team to achieve targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
