As the International Move Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all customer service operations within the relocation company. This includes managing import, export, and domestic moves for VVIP customers and embassies. Your role will involve leading and mentoring a team of customer service representatives (CSRs) and coordinating with stakeholders such as custom house agents, shipping lines, airlines, and internal finance teams to ensure timely clearance, billing, and compliance with regulations. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining quality standards, handling escalations, and contributing to process improvements. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating various types of shipments within India and Overseas, managing the customer service team, ensuring high-quality services are delivered to customers, monitoring and improving CSR quality standards, enforcing credit control policies, ensuring compliance with FIDI process for international moves, handling first-level escalations from customers, leading and mentoring the CSR team, distributing workload, conducting team meetings, verifying costing accruals, supervising storage billings, coordinating with custom house agents for clearance updates, preparing import/export clearance documents, liaising with shipping lines and airlines, approving vendor invoices, reviewing billing processes, contributing to process improvements, maintaining adherence to safety regulations, and building relationships with stakeholders. The position is based on a 5-day workweek, with working hours from 09:30 AM to 6:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday. Please note that onsite presence at the office location is required during working hours, and work from home option is not available for this position. The qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, proven experience in customer service management within the relocation or logistics industry, strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, knowledge of import/export regulations and processes in India for used household goods, familiarity with FIDI, ISO procedures, and quality standards, and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.
