Role & responsibilities

Business Development Executives (Field Sales)

at least 1 year of experience in sales

• Conduct

  field sales, door-to-door sales, and area-based prospecting

• Identify and generate

  new B2B leads

  (shops, offices, commercial units)
• Pitch and sell

  Smart CCTV, Alarm Systems, and IoT Security Solutions

• Conduct

  product demos and free security audits

  at customer locations
• Close sales and achieve

  monthly revenue and device targets

• Maintain daily

  lead updates, follow-ups, and reporting

• Coordinate with inside sales and operations teams for order fulfillment
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat referrals
• Gather

  market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales / Business Development / Direct Sales

• Experience in

  B2B sales, B2C sales, or channel sales

• Strong communication skills in

  Hindi

  (English is an advantage)
• Comfortable with

  targets, incentives, and performance-driven roles

• Willingness to travel daily within assigned territories
• Must own an

  Android smartphone

  and be comfortable using apps/CRM
