Description
The Finance Analyst will be responsible for organizing and analyzing key financial and business data across our Group’s diverse portfolio of approximately 15 companies. This role involves building comprehensive financial reports, delivering actionable insights to support management decision-making, and identifying data-driven opportunities for performance improvement and growth year on year. Key Responsibilities Collect, consolidate, and organize financial and operational data from multiple business units within the group. Develop detailed financial models and forecasts to analyze trends, variances, and performance metrics such as profitability, return on assets/equity, and earnings per share. Prepare and present clear, insightful reports and dashboards to senior management highlighting key financial indicators and business performance. Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to improve fiscal health, cost efficiency, and revenue growth. Monitor year-on-year performance of each company and the group as a whole, identifying risks and opportunities. Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly financial close processes. Collaborate with finance teams and business leaders to align financial reporting with business objectives. Use data visualization tools and software to enhance reporting clarity and impact. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; advanced degree or CFA preferred. Proven expertise in financial analysis, modeling, and data analytics. Strong proficiency in Excel, financial software, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable business insights. Experience working with multi-sector business groups, ideally in education, technology, healthcare, or trading. Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey findings to senior management effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
