Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Supervisor located in Kochi, with some work from home flexibility. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring efficient workflow, and implementing operational policies and procedures. The role also includes monitoring performance, handling inventory and logistics, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Qualifications Supervisory Skills and Operations Management experience Strong Operations and Analytical Skills Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or related field preferred Experience in the trade industry is a plus
