Role Overview: As an Associate/Senior Associate (Transaction Advisory) at MNC Consulting in Mumbai, you will have a pivotal role in M&A and fund raise transactions within the Indian market. Your main focus will revolve around sectors like IT services, Technology, Consumer, and Pharma/Healthcare. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the leadership team to devise deal sourcing and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. - Finalize deal collaterals such as Information Memorandum (IM) and other marketing materials. - Conclude financial models and conduct valuation assessments. - Lead the end-to-end deal execution, managing transaction structuring, negotiation, due diligence facilitation, definitive agreements review, and deal closure. - Provide guidance and mentorship to the junior execution team throughout the process. Qualification Required: - Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of experience in M&A/deal advisory at a professional services firm (big 4, boutique investment banks). - Hands-on involvement in handling 5-8 mandates across the preferred sectors. - Proficient in constructing financial models and developing well-structured marketing collaterals. - Thorough understanding of at least 2 preferred sectors, with practical deal closure experience. - Expertise in deal identification and Go-To-Market strategies. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
