Role.         –  2 Wheeler Product Support- Manager /AM

Qualification    -   B.Tech / M.Tech 

Job Location   -  Pune (Akurdi)

This role is responsible for interaction between Sales/Service at International Business and R&D /Ops /Manufacturing Engineering team for field support / highlighting technical issues and getting the desired solution. 

Role and Responsibilities

-Good Technical skills : Ability to handle product related technical issues.

2. Understanding the product is paramount.

3. ACT - Continuously raise the bar; Ensure results with speed; Meet customer expectations

Field visits to countries

2. For product issues, depending on criticality- Organize CUFT for specific product issues. Ensure issue is understood from a IB market perspective

3.Mentor ASM’s from a Technical view point

Monthly reports

          a. On Product Support activities

           b. Monthly update on New Product e.Launch schedule

          c. Consolidated list of Product Issues & resolution.
