Role Overview:

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business loan sales through effective acquisition strategies, managing relationships with clients, and ensuring achievement of assigned targets. The role requires strong knowledge of retail asset products and proven experience in business loan sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers for business loans through direct sourcing and channel partners.
• Manage end-to-end sales process including lead generation, documentation, and disbursement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per organizational guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth processing of applications.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of business loan products and retail asset segment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage high-value clients and deliver superior customer experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
