You will need to present regular updates to senior leadership on pipeline status, ROI, and strategic matters. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, with CA/MBA/CFA preferred. You must have a proven ability to lead teams, originate deals, and manage full-cycle real estate transactions. A deep understanding of distressed asset opportunities, financial structuring, and regulatory frameworks is essential.
