Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute content

    for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms (posts, reels, stories, carousels).
  • Create and manage

    monthly content calendars

    with clear content themes, campaign priorities, and execution timelines.
  • Work closely with

    design and video teams

    to drive output quality, consistency, and on-time publishing.
  • Support SEO execution by monitoring

    keyword rankings

    ,

    running basic SEO audits

    , and

    optimizing website/blog pages

    (on-page SEO, internal linking, meta titles/descriptions) to improve organic traffic.
  • Manage Meta Ads execution

    : campaign setup, basic targeting, budget allocation, creative coordination, and ongoing optimization.
  • Track performance using analytics (

    reach, engagement, CTR, leads

    ) and suggest improvements based on insights.
  • Research trends, competitor activity, and content patterns

    in the event/photography space and apply learnings to Kameros content.
  • Ensure brand consistency

    across marketing materials like brochures, emailers, WhatsApp templates, and campaign creatives.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (sales/product) to

    support launches, offers, and growth campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing

    with strong execution across organic + paid growth.
  • Proven ability to grow social presence and engagement with

    trend + storytelling + consistent output

    .
  • Hands-on expertise in

    Meta Ads Manager

    (campaign setup, optimization, reporting).
  • Strong understanding of

    content strategy

    (hooks, scripts, creative formats, distribution).
  • Comfortable with tools like

    Canva, Google Sheets, Meta Business Suite

    , and analytics dashboards.
  • Experience using

    AI tools

    to improve speed and quality (ChatGPT, Canva AI, automation tools, etc.).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills

    , with an ownership mindset in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Bonus: Experience in

    B2B SaaS, event industry, or creator/community-led growth

    .
