Job Description

Role & responsibilities

CRM Management

Oversee day-to-day operations of the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, segmentation, and performance.
Manage end-to-end customer lifecycle within the CRMfrom lead generation to conversion and retention.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure CRM data integrity and usability.
Identify and troubleshoot CRM issues, ensuring smooth functionality and user adoption.

Lead Management

Monitor and optimize lead flow, distribution, and follow-ups across multiple projects.
Analyze lead sources and campaign performance to improve ROI and sales efficiency.
Implement automation workflows to improve response time and nurture leads effectively.

Customer Insights & Reporting

Generate regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion, and customer engagement metrics.
Develop dashboards to monitor KPIs such as lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
Use data insights to recommend improvements to sales and marketing strategies.

Customer Retention & Engagement

Plan and execute CRM-driven marketing campaigns (SMS, email, WhatsApp, etc.) for existing and prospective customers.
Manage communication journeys for prospects and homeowners, including post-booking and post-possession touchpoints.
Support loyalty and referral programs to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

System Enhancement & Training

Work with IT and CRM vendors to enhance system functionality.
Train sales and marketing teams on CRM best practices and usage
